EFI Live V4 xml file for 94 Regal 3800

Hi I've just started using EFI Live V4 and have a question about the xml files that are included in the package. I've got a 94 Regal 3800 and the closest xml file I could find to my vehicle was the "95 pontiac vin K.xml" file. This is for the 95 bonneville which is not a W body but uses the same 3800 series 1 as my regal. My question is can I use this file to pull DTC from the car's computer. It SEEMS to work but I can't tell if this is 100% accurate since the xml file was not made specifically for my vehicle. Also does anyone know where I can get a 94 W body 3800 xml file? There are 94-95 w body xml files included but they're for the 3.4 DOHC v6. Thanks for your help.

It is important to note that EFILive does not develop, maintain or support any definitions. Available definitions have been provided by customers and are made available as a courtesy only.

We probably couldn't give a definitive answer in regards to the accuracy or completeness of the file you are currently using for your actual vehicle.

If you can please send your full VIN through to [email protected], what we might be able to find is a specification file which you could use to create the XML from.
