    Default Filter Sets

how exactly are the filter sets applied?
if there are 2 PIDs on filter set #1 are they linked together? (with and)
    or must you separate them?
one PID on filter set #1 and, the other on filter set #2 (for or)

    example:
    SAE.TP - varies by 5.00% and
    SAE.RPM - less than 400 RPM
    or is it
    SAE.TP - varies by 5.00% or
    SAE.RPM - less than 400 RPM
if 2 or more PIDs are on the same tab.

in the filter properties of the scan.exe
you chose how/if they are to be linked. (and/or)
i always thought that the each PID is excluded on it`s own.
but now that i think of it,
how would you combine 2 or more PIDs
to exclude at the same time?
how i understood the manual is that it filters each on it`s own and,
there is`nt a clear way to combine 2 or more.
i assumed there are 2 filter sets for a combined 8 PIDs,
but it makes sense that there are 2 separate sets as to
combine (on the same filter set) or separate them .
    am i making sense?
