Issues with AutoCal V3

I'm looking for some help, I was uploading a tune file with a AutoCal V3 and changed to a white screen half way through the tune upload. The pickup will not start, I have no communication with the ECM. When I plug the tuner in it works normally for about 5 seconds and reverts to a white screen. I have been talking with customer support at Tuner Depot and they sent me a new file and had me update the tuner, it had no new updates. After installing the new tune file it still changes to a white screen. Thank you for any insight.

Sounds like a hardware failure with the Autocal. You could try to flash in passthru mode, if you haven't already.

The Autocal has been sent to SoCalDiesel for warranty. I will see what happens when I get it back.
