97-02 pcm swap ?

I am in the process of swapping the pcm in my 97 Corvette and had a couple questions.

1) Are all the 0411 pcm the same?

2) Do I have to put my vin in the new pcm?

3) Will I have to purchase 2 licenses to change the vin?

Any info on the swap for a Vette will be helpful. Thanks

According to this article there are slight changes.

1) They should be teh same...?...but I'm not 100% sure.

2) It might be a good idea, easy to do, can write the VIN via scantool or tunetool.

3) No, only 1 license.
