I have a lope at idle and as soon as I put it under a load the lope goes away. I have a new cp3, new injectors, fass lift pump, 1/2" pick up tube, all fuel lines have been replaced, new fuel rail pressure sensor, new boost sensor. Is there any way to tune the lope out at an idle with efi live, I have read that tuning the pilot injection could help but what way do I want to tune it? and at what rpm range? Help please.:help2:

Try pulling out some fuel pressure at Idle.

Not sure if this helps. But I messed with my pilot injection. I zeroed out my pilots at idle and it did a little bit of a lope. Maybe if you add a bit more to yours? Could be wrong

less fuel pressure should fix it... log your rail pressure at idle and then tune it back to stock pressure.

I will try to decreas the fuel pressure, I have already backed it down a little, how far can I take it down before it hurts the engine?

log your actual rail pressure at idle and just make sure its back to around what it should be, the commanded pressure wont be accurate to what its actually going to be, don't worry about that number too much.

Go to your throttle based injection quantity table and look for the 600rpm/0mm3 cell, it should be zero. Enter 30 in this cell only and run the tune. It will lope when it's at a warm idle. If you want more lope go up to 32.34...37..ect., if you want less then back it down.

It all flows together after a while, smoke tune, lope tune, soap on a rope tune.

You might try to raise the commanded current in the voltage regulator table, specifically in the zero to low fuel areas. Also, loosen the limits on your regulator voltage command. That or put a regulator on the low side pump..
