Yes, anything over about 90% is bad.

Hmm, I guess that I need to consider getting larger injectors. My 42s are currently hitting 90 - 93%.

How's your fuel pressure holding up? Mine blows, so I'm hitting IDC in the 90's with 60 Lb injectors, where a friend of mine making similar power is in the 40's with a properly functioning fuel system. That having been said, if you're running a Vortech w/ heads+cam etc., I'm guessing you're well over 500 RWHP, so 60 Lb'ers with lots of fuel pressure are probably worth trying. Racetronix.com has a pretty good deal on a matched set of 60 Lb high impedance Mototrons. They can also specifically "mismatch" a set to get about 5% more fuel into #7 and #8 cylinders that tend to run lean with centrifugal blowers and turbos.

My fuel pressure is fine. I have replaced my stock pump with a Racetronics pump. I normally see 58 to 63 psi even under full boost.

I have not dynoed my car. I am guessing that I am putting out about 450, maybe 475 RWHP at my altitude (7000 feet). That corrected to sea level is somewhere in the 610 to 635 RWHP neighborhood.

The only reason that I can even run 42s at all is because the altitude eats up so much power.

Wow, having lived most of my life at Lake Erie level, I never realized altitude eats up that much power. Racetronix is great stuff. Unfortunately, there isn't enough GTO business to provide Jack a "carrot" to make a good fuel system for us. It's much worse than the fuel system on the pre-VZ Monaros.
