After doing a couple of dyno power runs today, I noticed my widebands weren't reading right on my V2 handset, I got a message flashing "Free-Air" and then "7.35AFR" and also when reading out the info menu: "cl-fault"

Any one tell me whats going on?

I assume I may need to take out the widebands and do a free air calibration. Or have I damaged them somehow?

Hi MyM8V8,

Do these steps:

1. do heater calibration (power on/off with sensor removed from controller, then power on with sensor reinstalled to controller),

2. do free air calibration,

3. make sure fuel type is still set to gasoline, as mr.prick says below.

4. run motor at stoichometric AFR (CL narrowband trimming) and check if wideband AFR matches or not.

If 4. fails then you may have damaged the sensors.

Make sure the fuel type is set to what you want. (gas, diesel ect.)
Sometimes mine will change on it`s own.

Hey Guys,

Thanks so much for your help. I'll try/check those things first, and see how we get on.
