USB drivers won't install

Any ideas for the USB drivers? It works fine on my tower with vista but it will not work on my netbook with XP.

I have Installed-unistalled-restarted (many times) and have had no luck at all.

Everything is loaded, updated and seems to work OK. However when I plug the V2 in, it just lights up and does not boot up like when I plug it into the desktop.

I really want to get her going so I can send and save my stock tune.

On download page Under Utilities - all thats listed is EFILive Collate (http://download.efilive.com/Software/V8/EFILive_Collate.zip). Where is the Flashscan/Roadrunner Driver Clean Utility mentioned in the pdf in post#2 above?
