I was wanting to play a joke with a friend of mine that's gonna be driving my truck, I was wondering how to lower the top engine speed to around 1000rpm's or so and I can't figure it out myself. I've had efilive for a few months now but I haven't learned anything from it so any help would be appreciated.

About the only thing I can find in a LBZ tune would be to set B1117 0 from 1200 up. I think that would do it.

Probably have to do the same to tables B1102 and B1115 as well, so that based on pedal poistion and RPM the desired torque above 1000 RPM's is "0" and the commanded fuel for anything above 1000 RPM's is also "0".... if you don't do all the tables together it may be possible that one table will try to compensate for the "empty" areas of the other tables but I'm not sure, just thinking of it as a possibility
