Here is what I am doing. I am tuning my second truck 01 lb7. I down loaded a tune from DP. The OS is differant so I downloaded a stock tune with the same OS then ran a script. Then ran that script over my stock tune that has a differant OS. Is this right or am I going to cause problems because of the cal.? numbers being differant. I think I did it right but need to be sure.. I AM LEARNING AS FAST AS I CAN GUYS. just an old wrench guy:help2:

That does not explain if the cal. numbers have to match or it does and I don't understand. Am I right or wrong with the way I did it??????????

The trick is that this comparison must be made between like operating systems. This simple file holds all of the information on how 'X-O.S./A-.cal' can be converted to 'X-O.S./B-.cal', or why the modified tune runs differently than the stock tune.
Did the script run or did you get an error?

The script run all the way but did have an error. Something about the fuel gauge.

As long as everything was changed the way you wanted it to, you will be fine.
