Yea, that's about the only reason I have that other "option" is for the fact that it supports the E69.

You'd think that with truck sales being down and
the popularity of the "smaller sports cars" there would be some expansion to
vehicles supported by EFILive.
There are quite a few threads and posts asking for support for
Cobalts and Bosch PCMs.
I say why not hire more people to "do the dirty work"?
My 2¢

My 2¢We've been looking, but we are looking for someone local (Aus or NZ), it's very hard to find the right people, trust me, I'd like nothing more than to share my workload around, especially when it comes to the 'B' word :)

If I were smart enough http://smiliesftw.com/x/ughhhlol2.gif (http://smiliesftw.com) I would volunteer,
though it would be difficult to get used to driving on the wrong side of the road. :hihi:

Id volunteer too but even being a Comp Sci minor Im just getting C++ under my belt and looking to dabble in some Java this summer when I have time. So Id basically be worthless, not what EFILive is looking for!

Power PC assembler is what you need to know to work on Bosch.

It's not that bad, but if you have come from any high level language back to assembler (on any CPU) then it is a step backwards for sure.

Yea its probably something Id like to learn eventually, just with regular schoolwork and possibly summer school to get ahead its not likely Ill have time to teach myself. But, who knows, I might get the itch and start...although Im more likely to learn how to tune my new E67/T42 combo first...hoping to take EFI101 when it comes to WA in May.
