Does the PCM control the cycling of the A/C compressor mine will not cycle and stays on and freezes the evap. I looked through the pids and see values for when the engine should shut the A/C off. The A/C guys says he thought it was in the PCM , I figured it would be in the body Module?

Little help please.
thanks Ed

If it in the body module GM Tech2????

there is also a relay in the underhood junction box, check it, it may be locked on could do a quick swap with any other relay as they are all the same to see if the relay took a crap, next I would check the wire the pcm grounds, it should not have continuity to ground when you are not requesting a/c. If there is nothing wrong with all of this, probably a faulty PCM driver.

Good Luck

The A/C comes on and off with the dash controls, it just doesn't cycle off for pressure or temp? or whatever stops it from freezing over. The A/C guy though someone might have messed with the wires. He also said the cooling fans are being controlled properly with the A/C.
If the PCM is bad a Roadrunner would be a good upgrade?
p.s.
I have an 03 2500HD on 6" 35, intake,exhaust, and edge. Love it.
