is there anyway to figure out how to set up my new injectors i am putting in my motor, or a good place to start. it's an L29 7.4 liter the injectors are bosch design 3, 28lbs @ 4 bar. and i will be running comp cam 249-01-415-8. i know they need to be toned down as they are to big for just a cam. but leave room for further improvements.

the stock injectors were 19lbs @ 4bar.

B1058 is your injector flow rate in grams per second. Once you put that in, you'll be largely on your way, but I don't know how to adjust the finer things like B1066, small pulse threshold, or figuring out if these new injectors will require different voltage compensation values.

They sound like they are a OEM injector at 28 lbs/4BAR. I would fine a stock calibration that uses those injectors and carry over ALL of the injector data. GM spent big bucks to get that data you mind as well scarf it!

A stock 2002-2004 LS6 motor should have that data. I suggest you confirm your EXACT injector and make sure its a GM 28lber at 4 BAR first.

they are form a reputable company so im sure the dealer is right. but i dont think i could use the stock calibrations as they would be for a 411 pcm i believe and i still have the black box. i dont know how many tables would be even close out of the few i have.

The stock L29 injectors flow 22.5 #/hr(2.84 g/sec) at 4 BAR.

I am also running injectors that flow 28 #/hr at 4 BAR in my Vortec 350.
