Trying to save my factory info for the first time, and get this: Any clue as to why??

I can't tell what version of the V7 software you are using from that trace. But that was a problem in an earlier version of V7. Make sure you have the latest V7.5.5 software. And that you have done the Check for New Updates to get the most recent updates.

Ya just checked, and it is 7.5.5 (build72)

Thats not even close to the latest build man, its the latest main download but after you install it you need to go Program Files->EFILive->V7.5->Tools->Check for Updates and run that. Then you'll get build 83 downloaded, retry it then.:grin:

You should use the "Check for new update" option to update to build 83. There's been a lot of fixes between 72 and 83.
To do that, select the Windows Start menu:
Start->All Programs->EFILive->V7.5->Tools->Check for New Update

Thanks guys!!! Went out and tried it with the Alt key checked, and the high speed unchecked, and that worked. It was late so I went to bed. I downloaded the newest version today.

Good luck with your Dmax Jim, I drove a bunch of them last summer and really want one someday! 650+ tq would be sweet for towing.
