HELP

Well it has happened again with another PCM.

A mate removed the blower off his car and I attempted to flash in a modified mafless tune. However once again the PCM will not flash and I can no longer read the PCM. I am using the same OP system that came out of the PCM just modified.

Since the last problem to the current one I have successfully flashed other vehicles including my own.

This happened a couple of weeks ago with a E38 PCM. (Thread already created).

This time I am attempting to flash a VZ LS1 1024kb PCM and got the following message.

Don't think so even with the old tune it will crank and fire, even though the old tune is 2bar etc.

Have you tried a different OBDII cable (if you have one)?

Also, as per your last issue please see this page (http://www.efilive.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=111&Itemid=121) and send through the BLX file for the read/flash attempt. Please only send the file which relates to the failure, or if unsure reattempt the read/flash and send the latest file created.

Problem now resolved, well problem not so much but tune in vehicle started and gone.

Then flashed another car not long after without fuss.

Very strange indeed.

Thanks for the suggestions.
