LS2 (E40)-4L65E combo in a HSV Maloo ute,wondering if we can control the trans with BIDI like the LS1's. Want to lock it in gear for dyno tuning or would I need to write a trans tune to do this. If I try to use the DVT panel for the trans controller I get a message box saying "! dynamic vehicle testing data is not available for the T42 controller"

We have not added support for the T43 or T42 DVT yet. I thought we had, I'm checking if we can and if so when we can.

Awesome, Ill test it out on my T42/4L70E combo over Easter weekend when I actually get to drive my SS!

These days we are releasing updates approx every fortnight. I would expect something might go out by the end of this week.

Wow I wish I had asked for BIDI control in the past, we have been reprogramming them every time I put them on the dyno to stop them doing a 3-2 down shift and keep the converter unlocked.

This will save me wasting licenses in the future, thanks to limitedcv8r for asking the question and Paul and Ross for sorting it out :cheers:

Well as I said, it was an oversight and nobody really asked us 'where are the trans bi-di controls'? I was surprised to see they didn't make it in with the ECM bi-di release.
