Hello all...

Still learning everyday more and more on EFI. I loaded a tune on a 2004 LB7 this weekend and after re-learn on the Allison, and some testing the truck ran absolutely awesome.

We parked it, and went to start it up for another cruise about 15 minutes later, and the SES light cam on with the following codes:

P2141 EGR Throttle Control Circulation Low
P2144 EGR Vent Control Circulation Low
P0489 EGR Control Circulation Low

I'm hoping I made an easy typo in a parameter, but i wanted to see if anyone had any ideas before too much more time was spent. :crash:

Any ideas??

Thanks

My buddy has an LB7 that I tuned and we set his parameters as follows

B1501 0 (if engine RPM is goes above 0 egr is disabled), B1504 0 (if engine coolant temp is above 0 egr is disabled), B1505 220 (if engine coolant temp is below this temp egr is disabled) and it's worked perfect so far.

I believe B1505 might be the one throwing your code, I'm not sure

change your minimum temp to a high number i bet thats what it is. Since you have it set at zero anything above that is going to try and turn it on while the others are turning it off. Hope this helps
