E38 6.0ltr Silverado Timing?

I did a log of my truck last night and I'm kinda stumped as to why on my timing I have it set for 24-26 degrees at WOT @ 6000 + rpm's but my scanner is showing 35 degree's....When I highlight a certain section on the scantool it highlights the right amount on the tune tool, but it's different in the scan tool. WHY? It's odd isn't it....

you have to add the cam phaser timing B5154 to the timing table

Also, if you've been in the throttle for a bit of time, Cat converter protection may be kicking in, richening the mixture and putting you deeper into the fuel mixture spark correction table.
