I've been trying to get this done so I can get a good idle tune. I used the example PIDS kindly posted by SSpeedemon. As I am using the E40 with the LS2 do I need to change them for E40 specific ones and if so what are they.
Reason is having logged, not all the pids have info' against them.

Thanks.

IIRC they are calc pids and are based on long and short term idle trims
If you look at the "more info" link you will see the actual PIDs they are calculated on. You need to select these pids first to allow the RAF pids to contain values.
Usually selecting the calc pid and not the base pids warns you.

BUT I just checked and the E40 is similar to the E38 in that the airflow tables are different to the LS1, so you are likely to need to mess with the min idle airflow table instead as well as perhaps base idle spark. With a cam etc maybe add a bit more timing and a little more airflow. (Gareth try 2* more idle spark and 1 or 2 g/sec more air)

I am sure there are idle trims for the E38... but is there a way to log this or to "see" the correction?
