my box will only shift 1st and 2nd

I have had a uprated box fitted to my holden maloo vortech supercharged
with a maf less tune and a higher stall
was driving today normally and all the sudden it will not engage 3rd gear
has it broken or has it go to safe mode

Have you check your fluid level/condition...?

Any DTC's...?

all fine fluids and no warnings on the display
im runnunig a 3500 fuddle stall
on a built gearbox
mafless tune

bringing up a slightly old thread. my old man's vu has the same problem, but on 2 different gearbox's.

Im going out shortly to see if there any faults and to see if efilive can make it shift into r3rd or 4th, both times the car has only been driven sedatly along.

Just nosey really, what did you find mate??

not much at this stage. the box that's in it now slams into drive,rev out of park. so box is pretty much fubar'd. seems to start in 2nd gear now aswell.

my old man is just waiting on the original box to come back from auto rebuilder.
