Car starts but won't stay running

Finished installing a 2000 5.3l in my 69 camaro. Just got my EFI Live software today, got everything hooked up and working.

I disabled the VATS and flashed the PCM. The engine starts but won't stay running, is there something else I need to do?

I enabled the scan tool and selected the PID for the below, the data results say that it's enabled. I read back the tune I flashed from the PCM and it had the VATS disabled.

Got it running, but now the engine runs at about 5300 rpm and does quick surges....

I ran a scan and have attached the log. Tried to get the relavent PIDs to look at. Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind, figured it out. The throttle stop tab was bent and had the throttle opened up. It runs!
