I have a 2006 Vette and I just installed efi live and I do not see anywhere to adjust and tranny parameters. Also, when viewing the software It says 5L40E Auto. The car has a 6l80e. Anyone know whats going on with this thing? Thanks

Welcome to the forum...:cheers:

Which software build version do you have (Help->About)...?

Do you have FlashScan V1 or V2...?

Can you post the ECM/TCM files you read from your 2006 Corvette.

The engine and transmission are handled by two different controllers, the ECM and TCM respectively. You need to read the calibrations from both controllers and edit each one separately.

- connect cable/FlashScan/PC to vehicle,
- open tunetool,
- go Flash->Read PCM Calibration,
- select controller (ECM),
- click Start and wait until it finishes reading,
- turn off ignition key for at least 15 seconds,
- save file (give it a name).

Repeat for other controller (TCM).

For some GM reason the Corvette ECM calibration shows the trans as a 5L vs a 6L. Its normal. :)
