i am running a tuned port 350 with a turbo and 0411 ecm with custom os 3 here is my problem. when i first load up a tune engine starts and runs very good, but once i shut it off, and restart it won't start without some throttle and once started won't idle. is the ecm learning and changing some of the tune? has anyone else had this problem or could tell me what pids to select in the scanner to see what is changing in the ecm?

You really need to attach your tune so someone trying to help you can take a look and see if anything stands out.

Something I noticed straight away....your commanded fuel table is back to front.
Numbers should get less as KPA gets higher....so should be around 12.8 at 105Kpa. The higher the number...the leaner the mix.
You also have PE set to stoich.
Are you trying to run in speed density? Closed loop?

In tunetool (TT) go Edit->Properties->Display and set fueling units to AFR or EQ... do not use Lambda, it will confuse us all no end.

Also....your cranking VE is very low.
Can you post the tune you based this COS tune off?

thanks for the suggestions i didn't know about changing the eq to afr. didn,t understand eqs went back trough the tutorials and changed (B3647) and (A0008) to what the tutorial said to, hopefully that will help my issue. i was planning on running olsd with a two bar map. what do you think would be best for tuning with the turbo, is the olsd probably best ?

the cranking stuff is way low cause i was trying to take fuel out cause of the eq problem i am using the 02 express van tune. i am going to revert that back to waht was originally there

Yep! OLSD will best...in my 'uneducated' oppinion.
There are some issues with the tutorial.
Try this.
Go very slowly into boost.
Maybe Joe could take a look to see if I've forgotten anything?
You could try setting the PE to come in at 35% or so throttle...not sure how that works with turbo's...my Whipple I've had at 15% because it builds boost so quickly.

What size injectors are you running? Do you have the 2 bar map in there yet...cause the tune isn't set for it.

Try this instead.

Also....why does your VIN list your vehicle as 3.9ltr V6, 2.0ltr L4, 4.3ltr V6 ?

put the tune you sent in today and it took care of the problem, having AFR compared to the EQ is way better, i can actually understand what is being commanded now. thanks alot h quick now i can do the auto VE and hopefully get everything dialed in.
