Need help

Hello All,
So, i'm about to start my new motor up, BUT, i cannot tune my vehicle, because my serial number on the PCM went to 00000000 for some reason. So, it locked up my other license. I did a FULL reflash to get a new serial number in the PCM (like the software suggested) and now I CANNOT tune my car. I have no other licenses because one is used up with 000000000! PLEASE ADVISE

Adrian, I notified Tech Support.

Which build version are you using (Help->About)...?
Before proceeding can you update to build 83 from the downloads page at www.efilive.com.

Do you have FlashScan V1 or V2...?

Please send your FlashScan serial number and authentication code as per these instructions: http://www.efilive.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=110&Itemid=120

Also send in the *.blx file that is created when you try to flash your controller as per these instructions: http://www.efilive.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=111&Itemid=121

Send the details to paul@efilive.com and I'll organize a replacement license for you.

Well, i was using the latest build a while ago, and it locked the last one, updated recently while my motor was down. Just started up the motor and it sounds niiiiiiice, just can't tune yet! :(

Make sure you use the latest build.
