Auto Tune a boosted motor using PE & 1 bar MAP?

I have a turbo on my truck and am using PE to add fuel for a couple more weeks till I get home and can put a 2 bar map on it. My question is can I auto tune and SD this to get the VE table right and setup the B3647 A/F table for my 1200 mile drive home? Will boost and 1 bar map mess up the auto tune? I would really like to get the best mileage out for this with the price of gas and all. Thanks, Kyle

I did the SD autotune up to 104kpa and then autotuned the maf.

Just had to take lots of timing away lowdown cause of the magnacharger lowdown boost.

Just got my 2 bar map sensor so will have to redo it when the customer comes back.
