help truck wont crank?

i just bought efi live i took my stock tune out and put in a dsp-5 tune and when i went to start my truck it wouldnt crank the glow plug light didn't even come on so i put the stock tune back in and tryed to start it but still nothing. pretty confused?

Try doing a full reflash (program PCM operating system and calibrations) with the same DSP5 tune...If that doesn't do it, perform a "read PCM calibrations", then try doing the full reflash again...
