I've searched and searched but only see info regarding serial cable WB logging. My question is can you log WB data thru the V2 using one of the 5v analog outputs on an LC1?

The LC1 has two analog outputs, the first is setup to simulate a narrowband sensor but analog output #2 is calibrated to read 0-5v and will output the AFR the WB controller sees. Can I take that wire and connect it to one of the inputs on the V2???? :help2:

Thanks

Yes, read this
LC-1 Installation (http://download.efilive.com/Tutorials/PDF/LC-1%20Installation%20Tutorial.pdf)
......as well as many sticky's and threads related to the LC-1 and other WBO2's.

thanks Mr.Prick. those directions are for setting up an LC-1 for the V1, is there anything that specifically shows how to setup an LC-1 w/the V2?

It's the same...

Turn your V2 over and see the label showing the AD ports...

Connect:
- LC-1 analog signal to AD1+
- LC-1 analog ground to AD1-

Or, even better, get an LC-1 serial cable from TAQuickness (http://forum.efilive.com/member.php?u=526)...
See here: showthread.php?t=8858 (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=8858)

The serial cable allows V2 to digitally/serially read the AFR from the LC-1.

You will need to make sure your V2 bootblock/firmware are at 2.06.02/2.06.06.

Thank you for the fast response.

so the serial signal is better/more accurate then the analog cable. I would buy TAQuickness' cabel right now but I was hoping to do some logging this weekend. would a male-male serial connector be all I need to attach my LC1 serial output to the V2 serial input cable?

Thanks
