4.8L tune help please

Working on a CC 1500 2WD year 2006 with 4.8L engine. It appears its pulling good at say 4000 rpm+ but is slouching down low. Is there some TM Im missing from either the ETC or something else or are these just dogs down low? Its bone stock thus far. I'll post what I got so far and please dont hesitate to school me ;)
