Comanding wrong AFR

In my tune table b3647 i have comanded cruzing areas to be 15.8:1 but even when they hit the areas commanded to be 15.8:1 they are still commanding 14:52 no where in my table b3647 have i commanded that ratio. lean cruise is disabled so that is not effecting my afr's commanded. i'm not sure what else can effect commanded afr ECT is not effecting them i dont think its in the 85c range which is not set to effect. it i cant find anything.

for all thoes interested it had todo with lean cruize i think there is a bug with lean cruise in cos3 if i entered pe it would not return fully to the b3647 table untill the lean cruise disable speed was met in my case i set it to 50. so i would enter it every time i accelerated then it would not lean out to b3647 commanded for some reason. i had set b3639 to zero so lean cruise wouldnt effect anything but that wasnt enough now i have set b3636 to 412 so there is no chance of it stuffing it up. maybe somone could have a look at this and tell me if its a bug or just how its ment to be.
