tuning for dummies???

is there a real simple way to get tuning to get started to tune my truck?i need a tune for dummies.i am waiting for a tune from the guy i got my v2 from that i paid for but want to try it since i am still waiting:help2:

I'm just finishing up a basic "learn at home" DVD that will walk you through the basics of tuning with both EFI Live and HPT on a late model GM vehicle. It should be commercially available in a couple weeks through Summit and a few other resources.
