I have a well sorted out tune in a 1999 Vet with 99 operating system. It's a forged Lingenfelter 383cu short block, AFR205 heads, Lingenfelter GT11 cam, Yank SS3600 converter, etc. Car is a daily driver, used on long trips, and runs in the 11.20/30s. All was well until I upgraded to a 02 operating system to do AutoVE tuning. Everything is OK and functional, except KR - had huge indicated KR. The 99 knock sensor settings were transferred over to 02 operating system setup. Never had KR problems with the 99 operating system tune. Very cautious about screwing with settings not knowing real versus false KR indications. Has anybody else had this KR problem resulting from 99 to 02 operating system conversion? If so, did you find a solution?
