I have a procharged 97 LS1 Corvette making about 14 psi boost. The customer bought it this way and the tune is way off. It is using SD but the stock os. Can I convert it to a cos? If I cant then what is my best choice for tuning something with this much boost? (Not that it is a lot of boost but it is off the 1 bar map scale)

I don't believe there is a COS for the 97-98 LS1A controller.

You would have to swap to a 2002 PCM (part number 12200411) and then you could use COS5 (which has tables for boost and nitrous).

You have to repin the PCM connectors, and swap the fuel segment.

97/98 PCM -> 411 PCM conversion:

OK guys that's what I thought. A little more work but I think I can handle it. Thanks for the replies!

It's really an easy swap...and the best mod you can make to a 96-98 vehicle.
