View Full Version : What 2 bar to use?

If I am going from a 1 bar to a 2 bar map. What should I ask for at the dealership or parts store? Are the map sensors the same for all the N/A LS based engines.

Try searching over at LS1Tech, I'm not sure what the part number is.

I vaguely remember that it might be a Saturn 2 bar or 2.5 bar MAP sensor.

thats a direct fit on the truck intake. Not sure about other LS intakes. I do kow they updated the PN, but the dealer should tell you that.

Yep. Cut the ears off one side (as pictured) and it fits the LS1/6 manifold too. been running it since that post. no problem.
