Looking for a little help here, I am getting a registration error but the information is correct?

is your efilive cable plugged in and you have the drivers installed ?

No, this is my desktop version - it has not been attached to the vehicle - are you saying I should just try with the cable only connected to the PC?

you need to connect the cable to the pc for it to validate the codes from the interface (efi live cable)
if i start efilive up withought having the interface connected to the laptop it will come up as a demo. if you shut it down,connect the interface to the laptop it will authenticate the code
