View Full Version : PCM in Dead Poll State?

On my 2004 CTS-V loading in calibrations or full O/S I have to turn off High Speed mode otherwise it leaves the PCM in a Dead Poll State. When I load in a calibration with high speed it just goes about 2 seconds and then seems to be in a boot loop of some sort. I am using the most recent version of flashscan 7.3_008

On my 2000 C5 calibrations and full O/S I have no issues or problems at all.

What could the problem be? Same laptop doing both cars.

After you try (and fail) the high speed reflash of your CTS-V, can you locate the most recent yyyymmdd_hhmmss_download.blx file in the folder:
My Documents\EFILive\V7\Bug Reports and send it to me at paul@efilive.com.
That way we can analyze what is going wrong (and fix it).

Note: The yyyymmdd_hhmmss part of the filename is the date and time of the attempted reflash.

Paul
