Electric Fan Problems using pin 33

I was trying to setup to independent fans on for cooling on pin 42 and the other on 33 for intercooler heat exchanger. The one on pin 42 works fine for cooling the engine. The one on pin 33 Fan 2 won't turn on based on etc. I set it lower than fan 1. The car is a s-10 2002 4x4. I have verified the fan output is set via G0106 table, I can turn it on and off with dvt but just won't come on with etc. Any help guys?

There is something in A/C section , recirculation door and fan settings to series to make pins 33 and 42 work .

seen that thread, done a search and haven't not located my problem, I have changed that output to control the fan 2 output. Fan 2 will not come on at the programmed coolant temp on fan 1 will. If I zero out the a/c pressure both fans come on other than than fan 2 will never come on.

Fan 2 (pin 33) is low temp fan and fan 1 is high temp (pin42) , kind of reverse , go figure .
So fan 1 should be higher temp than 2 .

I figured it out at least for this operating system. Fan 1 has to be on first before it allows fan 2 to cycle on. More or less if fan 1 setting can't keep up it switches to fan2. Fan 1 has to be running first before it allows fan 2 to come on no matter what setting it has on the ect. All is good now, just had to reverse some pins made my intercooler fan come on at 80 degrees and then once ect reaches 174 the second fan will kick on.
