Can I use a Tech II ???

Will a Tech II overwrite a locked HP tune? I have two HP locked PCM's and would like to try to load a stock tune via a Tech II. Has anyone tried this or know of anything I can do to unlock it? I have tried several times to contact the original tuner but he wont have anything to do with me (the truck was tuned before I bought it). I even told him I'd trade him the computer for a blank one.

Sorry, but you are out of luck. Tech II will not over write it.
