Key code troubles?

So, i've had EFIlive for years now and all of a sudden its throwing me into demo mode when my V2 isn't plugged in saying I need to register EFIlive. So I need a new key code (no clue where my card is). I tryed to contact support.. but when doing that I inputed my serial and auth code with my note and it kicks it back saying my auth code is invalid?? Can someone help? :help2:

TS will want the serial number of your FlashScan.
