Forgive my ignorance before hand. However, I need to know, as long as I use this baby:

on a benchtop ECM and T43, will I be able to use the Free Trial EFI Live to see what's going on in there? :help2:

You need an EFILive cable to read/scan the ECM/TCMs...so nope cant do it.
