I was out doing a little tuning, I got one reflash and now I am being told that my PCM is unlicensed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just tried to send a request for support via the EFI Live customer support page and when I entered the Authorization code I am being told it is invalid.

I tried to upload the .blx file but it is an "invalid file".

Not sure what to do from here.:help2:

Is this the same thing? http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=4093
My vin # has been zeroed.

Let me know if you have not received it.

Send the following info to me (paul@efilive.com):

1. The *.blx file that is created when you get the "PCM is unlicensed" message. See this web page for info on how to identify the correct file: http://www.efilive.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=111&Itemid=121

2. A screen shot of the Tune Tool window: Help->FlashScan V2 VIN Licensing. To obtain a screen shot: Press Ctrl+PrtScr to capture the screen, open Start->All Programs->Accessories->Paint. Select Edit->Paste. Select File-Save As and save the file as *.PNG file type.

3. Your V2 serial and auth code as per this web page: http://www.efilive.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=110&Itemid=120

Paul

Generate a new blx file of a read on the affected ECM.
Items 2 and 3 can be obtained regardless of what machine you are using now.
