fuel pump relay constantly switching

the other day i flashed a tune into the pcm. 99 f-body pcm. at the end of the flash, when the pump would prime the relay stuck in a cycle switching on and off. i shut the car down, did a reflash, and now it does it all the time. i've tried 3 relays and a new fuel pump, thinking maybe it was the pump that died causing this since its 5 years old now.

is there a way to check the signal from the pcm? or recover it?

Either you misflashed, or the PCM died...

Were you doing a full flash or a cal-only flash...?

What or what change(s) were you flashing in...?

I would try to do the flash again.
