Ok,

I went in and followed the instructions for the STFT fixer and went out and made a few logs. What I am trying to figure out is if

A. Am I logging this correctly to get good data?

B. Am I applying this correctly to the VE?

C. Are my STFT supposed to be that far different between bank 1 and 2 or is one of my sensors bad?

I believe this PID is for RTACS only otherwise use LTFTs.
If you are using RTACS it's pretty straightforward.
IMO
if you are using RTACS, filter out stoich (1EQ) and update the WOT/PE areas only,
then apply LTFTBEN or STFT fixer the areast hat LTFT or STFT are active.
Filter out LTFTs that are not equal to 0.00% in the WOT/PE areas.

This method is only good for non PE areas because when PE kicks in the PID will
show 1.00 and RTACS will not update cells. (X*1 = no change)

It can be used with or without the roadrunner. I guess I just wanted to make sure I was applying everything correctly and if there is anything in addition to what I have turned on and off in the tune that needs to be changed to make the data better.

Fuel Trim (Fuel Adaption) Diagnostics (http://www.stealth316.com/misc/obdii_fuel_trim.pdf)
This is for RTACTS, applying otherwise maybe ok too.
I tried this once with RTACS and
because I had no control over PE fueling I never tried it again.
STFTs influence LTFTs,
so if you use STFTs to get LTFTs inline then enable LTFTs and find they need adjustment
what was the point of using STFTs?

IMO use LTFTs if you are going to use CL.

I am running open loop sd not closed...or at least I thought I was.

With STFTs enabled the commanded will be stoich (mostly)
LTFTs will be disabled but the O2's will be running things.

Use O2 With Open Loop Commanded Fuel Table
{B4206} Use O2 With Open Loop Commanded Fuel Table XXXXXX
If you wish to run total open loop disable this parameter and set
- {B4205} Closed Loop Temp Enable to it's maximum value.

I never knew I was running closed loop all this time. I am going to change that and go do it all over again.
