can't update from V7.4.2

I read that ya need to go to the start menu then all programs Start->All Programs->EFILive->V7.5->Tools->Check for New Updates. Only problem is I don't have the check for updates. Is there another way I have to do this?

At www.efilive.com (http://www.efilive.com) goto Downloads->Download Software and install the latest version of V7.5.

Once you install that, you will have the "Check For New Updates" menu item.

Uninstall your current version and download the latest. Will not upgrade from that old of version. Many changes since then.
