The objective is to get the actual AFR as close as possible to the commanded AFR. This is done by adjusting the VE table. The commanded AFR comes from the Open Loop Commanded Table until you go WOT, then from the PE Modifier Based on RPM table. In the tutorial this table is set to 14.63. Seems to me you would want to set it at what you want for WOT...say 12.8. Do the 2 tables blend or I'm missing something that turns the PE table off?
