After DSP tune install, It switches to a Auto from a ZF6??? Help

I am tuning an LB7.
When I convert the tune to DSP5 everything goes fine.

Then the truck looses the light for 4x4 and cruise dont work.

I start looking for the issue, what I find out is odd...

After I save the tune it is a Manual Trans tune, I sen it to the customer and he opens it and it says its a Automatic tune, and the cal has changed????

I go back and open mine and sure enough, the cal has changed and its an Automatic trans. The vin and everything is correct.

I can build him a single tune and put it in the truck and everything works perfect, but once we put a DSP tune in thigs go wierd?

Any thoughts?

I would assume that light gets lit by another module, not the ecm.
Are you manually creating the DSP5 or are you running a script from an auto?
I've never built one myself, just trying to think of some ideas for you.

Many ways. Heres the confusing part.
I can put a single tune in his truck. It works perfect.
Then I can script that tune into the DSP tune as main tune and this happens???

Can you just take that tune and apply the upgrade to dsp5? Are you scripting it to an existing dsp5 tune that you have for an automatic?
I just downloaded an 01 manual tune, applied the upgrade saved it and looked, it was still manual. Then I ran the dsp5 script saved it and looked and it was still a manual.
