I have the serial number. I do not know the auth code. I have the paper that has the tuning upgrade code,order number. Is it one of them,the serial number on the back of the v2 flashscan and there is 4 letters and numbers after the serial number would that be the auth code? If not where do i find it THANKS FOR THE HELP

The Auth Code is available from the 'Help->FlashScan V2 VIN Licensing' mehu option in the Tune Tool (with FlashsCan connected).

Just shoot through the serial number. Please confirm this from the same menu option (above) or by pressing F4->F1->F1 on the FlashScan V2 keypad.

Even if you just send the serial number through to us we can check how the unit was built/provisioned.
