Anybody know what parameter controls the crank fuel to run fuel transition? I get a big drop in injector pulsewidth in between the initial crank pulsewidth and the run fuel. This causes a hitch in the engine run-up after crank. I've tried about every parameter with no luck. I can adjust the base crank fuel and the run fuel but there is a dip between that I don't seem to have access too.
Crank Fuel Blend Factor only effects the magnitude of the run fuel vs. crank but not the gap between.
See attached file for a picture of what I'm talking about.

Thanks for any help.
