View Full Version : Wide Band V2 AF not reading right..

IT was all good last night then something happend and now it read in the ~5AF range on the V2 and on my lap top.. But, the dyno tune AF gauge reads ~15 AF or so..

Did a setting get accidentaly changed to cause this??

What WBO2 are you using?
Analog or serial?

Its an innovative with the TAQuickness cord from the controller to the V2.

Check the fuel type in the Logworks software.
Power up the WBO2> open LW and connect> Channels> Set Fuel type
Make sure this is set to the fuel type you are using.

gotcha... we were fooling around with that trying to get the dyno tune AF gauge to match what the V2 was reading.. Maybe something got changed in there on accident.

Also we kept getting a "no serial port available" when trying to get into log wroks.. If thats true then can anything be changed?

I only get that error if it's not powered up and/or connected to a computer.

The connector they give you is a female serial on one side and the male plug on the other the plugs into the LC-1..
On my lap top it only has a female as well, so we used a serial to USB adapter and it gave us that error... So, assuming we got that error I dont see how we could have changed anything.

Sometime the LC-1 changes the fuel type on you without your consent. :sly:
This has happened to a few of us. :cussing:

Have you logged AFR or watched the free air calibration with LW before?
If LW and flashscan are in sync then the gauge may need adjustment.

Never used log works before.. I was just trying to adjust the gauge.
