just got efi, cannot get it instaled on laptop, or desktop

so i am doing just like it says, the cd boots a loading page, i select to install efi 7.5 scan and toon, it says i have to read something first, i have done so. then select to install it it says "the requested operation require elevation win32 740" it gives this error on both laptop, and desktop. any ideas?

Turn off UAC.

yes, both are on administrative accounts.
