View Full Version : GENIII 4wd to 2wd conversion

I went from a 4wd 4l60e to a 2wd 4l80e. I removed the tcscm to shut off the light on the dash. Now when I scan for dtc's I get an error saying that there was no response from the tcscm. How do I get it to no longer search for that module?

Goto Edit->Properties->Advanced and uncheck the box for Check/Clear DTCs for All Modules.

Great thank you. So there is no problem with it expecting it and it not being there?

If you uncheck that box, then the scantool will only check the PCM.
